Isuzu Nepal
has launched the Hi-Lander pickup truck in the Nepalese market at a price tag of Rs 56.90 Lakh. The Hi-Lander double cab is based on the same platform as the popular Isuzu D-Max pickup truck.The Isuzu Hi-Lander pick-up truck is powered by a 2.5-litre diesel engine that delivers a maximum power of 134 hp and 320 Nm of torque. The engine is mated to a five-speed gearbox. The pick-up truck measures 5295mm in length, 1860mm in width and 1780mm in height. Ground clearance stands at 220mm. Similarly, it gets a narrow turning radius of 6.3m.
The Hi-Lander shares a similar design language as the D-Max pick-up truck. At the front, the Hi-Lander gets a similar halogen headlamp design, grille, bonnet, and bumper. The fog lights housing is placed beneath the headlights. On the inside, it gets a grey cabin and sports several comforts and convenience features like a tilt steering system, 4 speakers, manual AC, and front/rear headrests, etc.Safety features on the Hi-Lander include ABS with EBD and BA, steel underbody skid plate, front disc brakes, dual airbags, and seatbelt pre-tensioner with load limiter.
